1. Do I have to pay for a subscription with Paypal?

No you do not have to pay for your subscription with Paypal. However, Paypal is the most efficient method of payment. You have the following options for payment.

  1. Online: Payment with your credit card at the Paypal website. You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay with a credit card online. Paypal currently processes Master Card, Visa, AMEX, and Discover.
  2. Online: Because Papal processes our payments you do have the option to pay with your Paypal account if you have one. Or once at the Paypal website you may sign up an account with them.
  3. Mail: You do have the option to mail a cheque, however this is a less efficient process. To do so:
    1. Email us through our "contact us" form and express your desire to pay though mail.
    2. We will email or fax a form to be filled out and mailed back along with payment.
    3. Once your payment is accepted and cleared we will activate your account.

2. Does investmentscore.com have a sample newsletter issue to view?

We do not have a sample issue to forward. Our newsletter is a visual guide of multiple timing charts that are built right into the members section of our website. The format of our newsletter is not portable like many traditional newsletters. Past examples and a full list of our timing charts are available on the public pages of our website. Basically, our public pages are designed to explain our concept and exactly what we offer. After reading these pages, if you feel that our charts are something that would benefit you in making your trading decisions, then we encourage you to subscribe to our services. To learn more about our service and philosophies, please read the "Learn More," "About Us," and "Editorials" section of our website.

3. Why am I not receiving your Newsletters or E-mails?

It is likely your email software is filtering our emails into your spam or junk email folder. Because our email address contains a potentially targeted key word "investment", many email filters accidentally interpret our email addresses as unsolicited. We recommend you check your filters folders and make the appropriate settings to accept our email address extension "@investmentscore.com."

Additionally you may not be receiving our General Access Investment Scoring & Timing Newsletter if you have not activated your account. To complete the subscription process you must confirm the email address that you submitted. To do so you must find our registration email which will be sent to the address you submitted, open the email and click on the link inside to activate the account. We do this for three reasons:

  1. To verify the email address belongs to the individual who submitted it.
  2. To verify the email address entered into our system was typed correctly.
  3. To help new subscribers find our emails and if necessary modify their spam filter settings to accept our messages.

4. Why can't I view your "login" page, "our fees" page or any other page that is secured?

It is possible your web browser is experiencing a conflict with our encrypted security pages. In the past some versions of "Fire Fox" and "Safari" have had conflicts with these secured pages. If you are experiencing problems with these pages on our website we have four suggestions:

  1. Delete your web browsers history and try to revisit the secured web page.
  2. Reduce your browsers security/privacy level and set your browser to accept cookies.
  3. Upgrade your browser to the latest available version, clear your browser history and try again.
  4. Upgrade your operating system to the latest available version, clear your browsers history and try again.
  5. If possible, try visiting the secured web pages with a different web browser from the one that is having difficulties.
  6. If you are still experiencing problems we recommend you contact us through the Contact Us form and provide as much detail about your specific satiation as possible. Include details about your operating system, browser, and exactly what you are experiencing including any error messages you may be receiving.
